Refund Policy

AppTrovo offers refunds within 30 days of purchase under certain conditions.

Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund if the item is significantly different from its description, the item has a fault that the author cannot fix, or there are compatibility issues not disclosed in the item description.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available if you have downloaded and used the item extensively, you changed your mind after purchase, or you lack the skills to use the item.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, navigate to your purchases in your dashboard and click the "Request Refund" button next to the relevant order.
