Support Plans for Your Products

Support builds trust and creates recurring value. On AppTrovo you set the included support period and can offer buyers the option to purchase more.

Included Support

  • Each product has a support duration (6 months by default) that you configure on the product.
  • During this period you respond to buyer questions via support tickets, and buyers receive updates.

Support Upgrades at Checkout

You can let buyers choose a longer support plan at purchase time. The upgrade appears as an option in the price box and cart, and the additional support months and price are recorded on the order.

Renewals After Purchase
