Extending Product Support

Keep Your Support Active

Each product comes with an included support and update period (6 months by default). When it is running low — or has already lapsed — you can extend it.

What Active Support Gives You

  • Access to new versions and updates as the author releases them.
  • The ability to open support tickets with the author for help.

How to Extend

  1. Go to DashboardPurchases (or open the product page).
  2. Choose the extend / renew support option where available.
  3. Select the additional support period and check out via Stripe.
  4. Your support end date is updated immediately.

Buying Longer Support Up Front

You can also pick a longer support plan at the time of purchase when the author offers one — look for the support option in the price box and cart. See How to Purchase a Product.
