AppTrovo offers refunds within 30 days of purchase under certain conditions.
Eligible for Refund
- Product is significantly different from its description.
- Product has a critical bug the author cannot fix.
- Compatibility issues not disclosed in the description.
Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You downloaded and used the product extensively.
- You lack the technical skills to use the product.
How to Request
- Go to Dashboard → Purchases.
- Find the order and click Request Refund.
- Provide a reason for the refund.
- Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.
