Downloading Your Purchased Files

Accessing Your Downloads

After a successful purchase, your files are available immediately.

How to Download

1. Go to Dashboard → Purchases (or Downloads).
2. Find your order and click Download next to the product.
3. The file is delivered as a ZIP archive over a secure, time-limited link.

Download Limits

• You can re-download your purchased files at any time.
• Downloads are rate-limited per hour to prevent abuse.
• If you hit the limit, wait a few minutes and try again.

File Categories

Products may include multiple file types:

• Main Files: The core product (source code, application, script).
• Documentation: Installation and usage guides.
• Source Files: Editable source files (PSD, Figma, etc.).
• Extras: Bonus assets, sample data, or utilities.

When an author releases a new version, the updated files appear here automatically while your support/update period is active. See Product Updates & New Versions.
