Reporting a Problem with a Product

We take quality, security, and intellectual property seriously. If you come across a product that violates our policies, please let us know.

When to Report

• Copyright / IP infringement: The product copies your work or someone else's without permission.
• Malware or security risk: The product contains malicious or harmful code.
• Misleading listing: The product is significantly different from its description.
• Policy violation: Anything that breaks our marketplace terms.

How to Report

1. Open the product page and use the Report option, or open a General support ticket.
2. Describe the issue clearly and include evidence (links, screenshots, the original source for IP claims).
3. Our team investigates and may contact you for more detail.

What Happens Next

Confirmed violations can lead to the product being unpublished and, for repeat offenders, the author's account being suspended. We keep reporters' details confidential.
